Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service required all of their drainage systems to be investigated for 14 fire stations initially.
They wanted to upgrade and repair their drainage systems but needed to understand what amount of work was required.
They had an open tender available for drain companies to submit their application and quotations to complete the drain survey and assessment work.
Drain 247 submitted their proposal and tender and as a result, won the tender.
The tender was awarded based on Drain 247’s qualifications and experience in the drainage industry.
Drain 247 delivered the requirements of the contract including technical AutoCAD drawings for every fire station.
This was something that wasn’t available before Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service started working with Drain 247.
Due to the great service received, Drain 247 have subsequently been instructed to be on 247 reactive call-out and ongoing annual maintenance for all of the fire stations.
