The Honourable Society of the Lincoln’s Inn

The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn is one of the four Inns of Court in London.

The Inn was founded in 1422 and is located in Holborn.

The drainage system was very old and drainage work required companies with the highest levels of expertise.

A tender was created which required drainage companies to demonstrate their knowledge, experience, staff and equipment in order to deliver a successful and comprehensive analysis.

Drain 247 were awarded the tender because they demonstrated that they could deliver everything required; all at an affordable price.

The ability to work during tight deadlines and unsociable hours was a key requirement of the tender and the work required.

The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn had a low noise policy which meant that nighttime work was essential. A lot of drainage work had to be delivered during the night in order to minimise noise.

Drain 247 have invested in battery-powered, mobile drain camera systems. These gave them an advantage in minimising noise.

Camera crawler systems were also used with AutoCAD software to complete a survey and map of the Victorian drainage system.
